To register and maintain an active account on Naga33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
Registering an account while ineligible under any of the above criteria constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Naga33 reserves the right to immediately close such accounts, void all associated bets, and withhold all funds pending investigation.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on Naga33. The creation of multiple accounts — whether to circumvent deposit limits, claim multiple welcome bonuses, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and player tier; please refer to the Cashier section within your account for current limits applicable to your account.
All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification must be complete; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied; (c) the withdrawal must not exceed applicable daily or monthly limits; (d) the account must be in good standing with no open disputes or active fraud investigations; and (e) withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Naga33 account.
Naga33 does not charge processing fees on e-wallet withdrawals for standard transactions. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the recipient bank's standard interbank transfer fees. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network fees.
Naga33 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP tier rewards. All promotions are governed by these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's offer page.
Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement is calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., a 10x requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in total wagers).
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a wagering requirement. As a general guideline: sports bets and live casino games typically contribute 100%, while certain slot games contribute at reduced rates. Specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.
Naga33 operates a strict anti-bonus-abuse policy. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to drain wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or miscalculations in promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, Naga33 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, and to permanently close the offending accounts.
Bonus funds that are not used or wagering requirements that remain unfulfilled within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days as specified per promotion) will expire and be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on Naga33. Product-specific rules (e.g., Asian Handicap settlement, Over-Under grading, casino game rules) are published separately within each game's interface or the relevant sports market.
A bet is not confirmed until it has been accepted by Naga33's system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Naga33 reserves the right to refuse any bet, in whole or in part, without being required to provide a reason. In the event of a system error that results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds, Naga33 reserves the right to void such bets and return the stake to the player.
Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by market, sport, casino game, and player account tier. Current stake limits are displayed within the relevant market or game interface at the time of placing a bet.
Bets may be declared void in the following circumstances: event cancellation, postponement beyond 48 hours, obvious odds errors, incomplete event (where rules do not provide a dead-heat or partial settlement mechanism), or technical failure that prevents fair settlement. When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's account balance.
Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing at any time during an event. Bets placed after an in-play event outcome has been determined (i.e., late bets placed after a goal or score change) will be voided. Naga33 reserves the right to refuse or void any in-play bet it determines was placed with knowledge of an event outcome.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable advance notice before material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Naga33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
